How does it work?
STEP 1
Generate a payment link for your customer via the ONE Platform, specifying the invoice amount and fiat currency you wish to receive for settlement.
STEP 2
Share the payment link with your customer via your preferred communication method such as email, SMS, WhatsApp.
STEP 3
Your customer clicks on the payment link and selects which cryptocurrency they would like to use in order to make their payment.
STEP 4
We inform your customer of the amount of cryptocurrency they need to send and where to send it to.
STEP 5
Your customer uses their crypto wallet to send their funds to the crypto wallet address provided.
STEP 6
We confirm to you when the payment has been completed and auto-convert the cryptocurrency into a fiat currency of your choice.
STEP 7
We settle the fiat into your ONE Payments account. The transaction is now complete!

A crypto payment gateway facilitates the acceptance and processing of cryptocurrency payments. It works by generating cryptocurrency addresses for customers to send their payments to. Once the payment is received and confirmed on the blockchain, the gateway notifies the Merchant, and the transaction is complete.
There is increasing global consumer adoption of crypto and demand to use crypto as a payment method. More and more businesses are accepting crypto payments to broaden their global reach, expand their customer base and unlock additional revenue.
Payment Services are provided by One.io UK Limited which is an Authorised Payment Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (FRN 913478), further details are available at one.io. Crypto asset services provided by Oneio International Limited are not regulated by the FCA.
Customers can make payments using Bitcoin, Ethereum. We will also be supporting USDT in our version 2 of the product. USDT payments can be made using the Ethereum (ERC20) or Tron (TRC20) networks. We are constantly reviewing our list and working on expanding it.
Settlement payments are initiated the next working day.
For V1.0 we will support – EUR, GBP, USD, & CHF.
For future releases in V1.1 we will also offer – EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, CHF, DKK, HKD, NOK, SEK & SGD
Yes, initially a ONE Payments account will be required, however for our next version we will enable external bank accounts for settlement.
